This article from Slate.com about email addiction is possibly the story of my life. I check my email at least 10 times an hour. If you send me something, wait 10 minutes and check: I'll probably have responded by then.

    I do the same thing!! I check my mail all the time, and when I'm not near a computer I check them using my phone.
